Studio classes

Semi-Private Studio 1:3


A studio class employing all apparatus for up to three participants. Programs are designed to target specific postural issues, conditions and goals. Regular weekly bookings are recommended.

Duet Studio 1:2


A studio class employing all apparatus for two participants. Programs are designed to target specific postural issues, conditions and goals. Regular weekly bookings are recommended.

Private Studio 1:1


A one-on-one studio session employing all apparatus. Programs are designed to target specific postural issues, conditions and goals. Regular weekly bookings are recommended.

Mat classes

All mat classes will be held via zoom until further notice

Our mat classes are designed for healthy, fit bodies and are not recommended for people special conditions or injuries. If you are unsure if a mat class would be suitable for you please contact Helen.

Each class runs for 50 minutes


To join a mat class, please get in touch with Helen who will put you in contact with the class instructor. Your instructor will provide the zoom link to join the class.

Equipment you will need:

  • A towel or mat to lie on

  • Some classes may use small props.
    You can find these around your house - tins of food, bottles of water, rolled up towel etc. Your instructor will let you know what props you need either before/at the beginning of the class.

    If you would like to purchase any pilates props from the studio like the chi ball, magic circle, theraband etc please contact Helen.

 

Earlybird Mat

A challenging advanced class combining mat and small apparatus.
Not recommended for clients with special conditions or injuries.
