Cancellation Policy

Please remember to cancel or change class booking times by:

5pm SHARP for classes the next day until 4pm

And by

8am SHARP for classes that day after 4pm

We thank you for your understanding that the strict time cut off is in fairness to your instructor, that they have some guarantee of income from day to day.

Please note the cancellation policy still applies even when a last minute COVID call.
This is because there is much that goes on behind the scenes before you arrive for your class. Not least of all, ensuring the Minties are fresh!

But also the work of confirming sessions with you and informing your instructor, accomodating changes, liaising with physios/osteos/and others, updating files and staff on your treatments, conditions etc. 

But most importantly, there is a huge amount of time each and every instructor spends preparing your programme according to your current needs and goals.
